I am beyond disappointed/frustrated with this product. I have only opened two (yellow and magenta) of the five cartridges and both of them look as if the cartridge exploded all over the inside of the bag. The magenta (pictured) is completely unusable. Not only do I now have a huge mess to clean up but I was depending on those cartridges to print several documents for my kid's school (we home school) and they will now be behind until we can get a reliable product. I don't have a car so I will have to purchase toner through Samsung for $300+ and wait for that shipment to arrive. In the mean time, I will be out almost $500 (total) that I've spent in toner while I wait for a refund from this monstrosity! Worst product I have ever bought off of Amazon. Just horrible.I rarely give bad reviews, but when a product doesn't work as advertised, what else can I do? I purchased this toner pack for my Samsung Xpress C430W printer. I've used off brands before, so thought I knew what to expect. I took out my old yellow toner (1% remaining) and put the new toner in....only to find that my printer wouldn't print at all. After restarting my computer and printer multiple times, the printer kept giving me the red error light. Finally, I took the new toner out and replaced the empty Samsung-branded cartridge....and my printer worked immediately. Don't waste your time with this product!DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT order these!!! I put them in my printer and it COMPLETELY RUINED my printer. I had to send it out to Samsung, who ended up replacing it! I was printer-less for months while they tried to figure out the repair. NOT worth it to buy knockoff toner cartridges I've decided - buck up and get the real thing...As expected.I have no problem with these toner cartridges. I don't know what is the problem for some people.Company needs to update ink toner chip software. Currently toner will not work in printer.used for a week , no issue and saved money. thanksreliable product at reasonable price, you can't beat it!
