We ordered these to go with the two DVD players that were installed in our van when we bought it so that we would have enough for all of the kids to use. They run off of AAA batteries and seem to have a pretty long life off of the batteries so I'm really happy that we aren't having to replace the batteries all of the time and that we are getting a lot of use out of them. These are dual channel headphones so with the two DVD players that were in our van they are each have their own frequency and these headphones are designed to be able to link with either of the DVD players with the flip of a switch.The sound quality is great and they are easy enough to use that even my kids can get them ready to go when they are using them and I don't have to help them get set up. I'm really happy with how easy they are for the kids to use and they can hear the movie great with these. They fold relatively flat to make storage easier and that is a big help as well. I'm very happy with these and can't recommend them enough, they are great quality and work great.5 Stars
